Abstract submission

Participant registration and abstract submission system is managed by the conference partner, Jordan Group.

1. Before submitting an abstract please make sure that the abstract is prepared according to the given instructions.

  1. Abstract submission is available ONLY via the on-line system. Submissions by fax, post or email will not be considered.
  2. After submission of the abstract, a confirmation email will be sent to the submitting author.
  3. All submitted abstracts will go through review process.
  4. Notification of acceptation/rejection will be sent to the submitting author by the Conference Organizers.

2. Rules for abstract submission:

Abstracts must be submitted using the online Abstract Submission Form available on the conference partner (Jordan Group) website (suggested browser: Google Chrome)

2. Choose an Abstract submission Form

3. Fill in the Abstract submission Form and add your abstract proposal as an attachment

4. If you are a registered User, please:

5. After submission a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the submitting author.

6. If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder.

3. Style

The abstract must be written in English and include the names and affiliations of all authors. It should provide a clear description of the aims, methods, and results. Acknowledgments and references may be included at the end.
The abstract should not exceed two pages and must follow the provided Abstract_template.docx
Please note that the person who uploads the abstract(s) is considered the corresponding author and a conference participant.

5. Important information

The abstracts should be prepared using the Abstract_template.docx file
Only.doc, .docx, .odt, .rtf file formats will be accepted
Abstract submission open: 13 February 2025
Submission deadline: 31 March 2025

6. Acceptance notification and publication

All abstracts received by the indicated deadline will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, based on their technical and/or scientific quality. Acceptance, together with technical details for presentation (oral or poster), will be notified only to the submitting author by 30 April 2025.
