We would like to invite you to book a individual transfer service. To make a booking please do the following steps:

2/ Login and book services on Payment bookmark
3/ After making the payment you will receive the invoice.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

40 EUR / per person

Transfer by private car from/to the Balice Airport in Kraków to/from the hotel.

ARRIVAL Transfer

Our driver will take you directly to the hotel. He will expect you, at the arrival hall of the Balice Airport in Kraków.

DEPARTURE Transfer

Our driver will drive you directly to the Balice Airport in Kraków. Depending on the departure time, we are arranging the transfer about 2-2,5hrs before the flight.

RAILWAY STATION TRANSFER

15 EUR / per person

Transfer by private car from/to the Kraków Główny PKP Railway Station to/from the hotel.

ARRIVAL Transfer

Our driver will take you directly to the hotel. He will expect you at the arrival platform of the Kraków Główny PKP Railway Station

DEPARTURE Transfer

Our driver will drive you directly to the Kraków Główny PKP Railway Station. Depending on the departure time, we are arranging the transfer about 1-1,5hrs before the train departure.

TRANSFER BOOKING

Full prepayment is required to confirm reservation of a transfer.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking process)
INVOICE

Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.

FLIGHT DELAYS

The long delay of your flight may result in the transfer cancellation. We will keep you informed. At your request, we can try to organize a new transfer.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
For any changes or cancellations of existing reservations please contact the JORDAN Congress Bureau: radiocarbon25@jordan.pl
REFUNDS
  • ​​Cancellation 4 days before the service: full refund
  • Later cancellations: no refunds can be made
  • No show = 100% costs, no refunds
