| CANCELLATION POLICY: |
- Before 15th April 2025 - 100 % fee amount
- After 15th April 2025 - payment is non-refundable
- If your abstract is not accepted, the registration fee will be fully refunded in case the abstract submitter decides to not attend the conference by 5th May 2025.
